It was really stunningly beautiful 3-star hotel as stated in the description. In general, I liked my large and fairly quiet room and nice design. The bed was very comfy as expected. No complains at all, the venue met requirements, strongly recommend it.

Some people working there were not happy.

The provided service was excellent! Moreover, there was free Wi-Fi. The location was comfy - right by Artesia. Again, it was 2 miles from a local history museum.

Its staff were knowledgeable. The breakfast had good choices and there were coffee and cookies.

Their staff were inexperienced.

The room I stayed in was fabulous and reasonably large with general amenities, microwave and fridge and fridge.

During our stay at Comfort Inn, the staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us with a couple of issues that arose. I noticed great teamwork among the staff members. The maintenance gentleman swiftly replaced a noisy fridge, showcasing their efficiency.

One downside during our three-night stay was the noise from other rooms on a couple of nights, disturbing our sleep. Slamming doors and what sounded like furniture being moved kept us awake till 1 am.

The suite I stayed in was reasonably large with microwave and fridge. There were coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. The location turned out to be particularly good, just next door to Artesia.

Knowledgeable staff and the location was exceptionally nice. The room we had included television with satellite channels, climate control and a refrigerator.

This hotel offers clean and comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is top-notch, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including freshly made waffles and a selection of juices.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Kids enjoyed the pool, I loved the jacuzzi. Exercise area had good equipment. Pool towels were available. Room was spacious, clean, and had amenities. Complimentary breakfast had hot and cold options.

The staff was supper friendly providing the information.
